For a refund minus $75 administrative fee, please send written notice by November 8 to conferences@vnubusinessmedia.com. No refunds will be given after this date, but substitutions are allowed at any time.
To send a colleague/client in your place, please e-mail conferences@vnubusinessmedia.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, E-mail.
